Check Out This Blog

On Good Things Utah (one of my favorite shows) yesterday they featured a lady who has decided to do 365 days of cooking dinner with her crockpot. She is over half way through her 365 days and has made a variety of different things. She has done main dishes, desserts, breads, side dishes, just about everything. She has a blog that she posts all her recipes on, I checked it out and some of the stuff looks really yummy!! I love cooking with my crock pot, it is so easy and doesn't heat up your house, my problem is though that I can never find recipes...looks like I found a few to try!! Her blog is 365daysofcrockpot.blogspot.com I have her link at the bottom of my blog, check her out!!

So I need to have a $150 Scentsy order placed by the end of the month, and I am $50 short. If I don't place this order of $150 or more I get terminated from the company. Just wondered if anyone wants/needs anything or knows of anyone that might want/need anything? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Just leave me a comment or e-mail me alcingolani@yahoo.com
P.S. There is no shipping charges on these orders!

Pictures With Grandma

My mom decided that she wanted some pictures of me and my sister and the 3 grandsons. So a good friend of mine was nice enough to take them for us. She does great work and was so patient with these boys. I mean, you have an almost 3 year old, a 2 year old, and a 3 month old, all with a lot of personality and a lot of stubborness. Poor girl had her work cut out for her!! Check out her work, www.maezingsphotos.blogspot.com. Jaxon and I...doesn't he look so innocent?!
My mom and the three boys.
Jaxon, Kodi, Johnathan

All six of us, I love the different expressions on the boy's faces!

My 'little' sister Amber and I. Yeah she is like 4-5 inches taller than me, so not quite so little!

Thanks again Heidi for taking them!! They turned out great!!

4 Years

It's official, Justin and I have been married 4 years today. It is hard to believe that it has only been 4 years, it feels more like 40. I think it is because we have more memories of doing things together married than we do of being single. We both joke that it is a miracle that we even work out, we are seriously so different!! I know they say opposites attract, and I think we are living proof of that! I have to say though, I love being married to this guy! I have learned so much in the past 4.5 years together about myself and life. I don't think any one else could have taught me these things except for Justin. I honestly feel so honored to be his wife and share his last name. It has been a full couple of years, and it hasn't always been easy, but I wouldn't trade it for anything or anyone else! This is us on our wedding day, July 8, 2005.
(Sorry, I had to take a picture of this hanging on our wall.)
My flowers I got today. 4 white roses, and FYI...he doesn't give white roses to just anyone. They really mean a lot to him. Only his mom and I are the only women in his life to receive them.

To celebrate our anniversary we bought tickets to the Brad Paisley concert in September. We both really wanted to go and decided that would be our way to celebrate. His sister is taking Jaxon overnight, so we can go to the concert and then stay up there overnight. We are really looking forward to it, and it will be nice to have some one on one time...kind of like when we were dating!

HAPPY 4th ANNIVERSARY HONEY!! I LOVE YOU!!

4th of July

This 4th of July was a BLAST!! We felt like Jaxon was finally old enough to really enjoy some of the festivities. We woke up bright and early to go see the hot air balloons in Provo.
Note to self: get up earlier next year to make it in time to see them filling, not the last one taking off. We had a lot of fun though and Jaxon loved watching them fly through the sky.
Jaxon hanging out on the sidewalk watching the balloons.

Jaxon and Justin, look how high those balloons were!
Then after watching the balloons we went to Mimi's and had a yummy breakfast. Then slowly made our way home. We all had a nap, then watched the Daytona 500 Nascar race.
FYI: my favorite driver, Tony Stewart, won in one of the best race finishes ever!
Justin barbequed some yummy hamburgers, and we were all ready to light fireworks when it started to rain and be really windy. That really bummed Jaxon out, the poor thing was looking forward to it all day. We turned on the Boston Pops fireworks on tv and were watching them, when all of a sudden it was a little too quiet...yeah Jaxon fell asleep watching them on tv! We ended up doing our fireworks the next night and he loved them!
Hope you all had a great 4th of July weekend! I love this time of year to reflect on what this day means to us as Americans. I am so grateful to live in this free country and really appreciate what past, present and future soldiers have done for us to enjoy these freedoms!!

Jaxon's Favorite Place

This is Jaxon's favorite place. The park. He loves the slides and anything he can climb on. It is so crazy to think back even to last summer how he sometimes needed help getting up to the slide, and now he is off and running, picking the highest slide there is. They grow up too fast.
This day was perfect cause it had just got done raining so there were not a lot of people there and it was cool. The bad part was that the bottom of every slide was wet, so Jaxon went home with a wet bum! Like he cared though!!

To Be A Kid Again...

Lately Jaxon has been on this naked kick. He watches tv naked, sometimes eats naked, or plays out back naked. He will come in and tell me he wants his clothes off, so away we go getting him undressed. This was a couple weeks ago (my camera has been having issues). I love that he has his hat and sandals on and nothing else. I hope I don't get in trouble with the authorities for posting these pictures, but they are just too funny not to post!
